POWER REFORM is a hybrid session combining the best of both worlds: ✨ Reformer Pilates + Floor-Based Power Work Think slow, controlled reformer movements paired with strength-based exercises that mimic reformer style training on the mat 🧘♀️ 💥 What to expect: * 50/50 split → Half Reformer / Half Floor Work * Build strength, control & stability * Improve technique in a smaller, more personal group * Low impact but HIGHLY effective You must have commited to the 6week POWER REFORM PLAN to book this session
